Atlantic City leaders are in Trenton Thursday to testify against the state takeover of the city. Buses left Atlantic City on Thursday morning with elected officials and city residents to make their voices heard. Guardian initially spoke in favor of the proposal but he quickly changed his tune upon seeing the drafts of the bill. The testimony will be taken in front of the Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee.
