GROUP CONTINUES FIGHT TO SAVE BEACH THEATRE

The Beach Theatre Foundation is making one last attempt to save the theatre in Cape May. A deal had been reached last week by the city and Frank Investments Inc. to demolish the theatre. The Beach Theatre Foundation is attempting to take the issue to Superior Court to get an injunction of the demolition and have the Cape May Zoning Board make a decision on the demolition.
