Finally the project to remove three traffic lights on our end of the Garden State Parkway is underway. Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno joined regional and local officials at a major groundbreaking event in Middle Township Monday for a major construction project on the Garden State Parkway. Three traffic lights on the Parkway in Cape May County will be eliminated and new overpasses will be constructed. The project will cost over $100 million and supporters say it will greatly reduce the number of traffic fatalities and accidents on this end of the Parkway.
