A major project in Lower Township will have a ground breaking on Tuesday. The Lower Township MUA and the USDA will hold the ceremony for the Townbank water main project. United States Senator Robert Menendez is scheduled to appear, along with local officials. The ceremony will take place on Tuesday at 10 a.m.
