Middle Township Police have arrested a 21 year old man from Green Creek in connection with a hit and run accident involving a bicyclist Sunday night that caused extensive injuries to the bicyclist. Police say Paul Koscinski was charged with assault by auto following the accident that took place on Stagecoach Road. The driver allegedly fled on foot after crashing the car into a retaining wall.
