GOVERNOR MURPHY TOUTS HIS NEW “BABY BOND” PROPOSAL

Governor Phil Murphy has touted his new “baby bond” proposal.  Murphy reaffirmed his support Wednesday for a plan that would give every infant born in New Jersey $1,000 in bonds if they meet certain financial criteria.  Murphy says this plan will close the gap on incomes around the state.
