Governor Phil Murphy says he will be surprised if there are any Memorial Day parades in New Jersey this year. Murphy says he will be the happiest guy in America if there is some semblance of normal at the Jersey Shore on that big holiday weekend. Murphy said, “We’re not gonna be packed in with each other anytime soon”.
