GOP CALLS FOR DEBATE WITH ASSEMBLY SPEAKER

Republican leaders throughout the state met in Atlantic City on Monday to discuss strategies for upcoming elections.  Among the ideas floated:  A possible debate between Assembly Minority Leader Jon Bramnick and democratic Assembly Speaker Vince Prieto.  Bramnick says he’s willing to debate Prieto six times, any place at any time.  Later this year, Assembly races will be at the top of statewide ballots, the first time that’s happened in 16 years.
