One of the most recent celebrated free agent signings in recent Philadelphia Eagles history can now be classified as a collasal bust. The Eagles announced on Tuesday that they have cut veteran cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha, ending a two year tour of duty with the team. The Eagles emptied the bank account to sign Asomugha from the Oakland Raiders and he played poorly while collecting a big paycheck. He is 31 years old and will still count for $4 million against the salary cap.
