GONE: DRBA CANS ITS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, FRANK MINOR

The agency that runs the Cape May Lewes Ferry and the Delaware Memorial Bridge has canned its executive director. Frank Minor was removed from the post unanimously during a Board of Directors meeting in Delaware this week.  Minor earned nearly $170,000 in his position.
