GOLDEN PREPARES TO TRY AND GET RECALL THROWN OUT

A recall drive against Commissioner Scott Golden in West Wildwood has been approved for the ballot. The Press of Atlantic City reports that Borough Clerk James Nanos has said enough valid signatures were on the recall petitions against Golden. Golden told the paper that he planned to appeal the decision in Superior Court. Golden’s name would appear on the same recall ballot as Mayor Chuck Frederick and Commissioner Gerald McNamara on Dec. 7.
