The Associated Press reports that the chairman of the Board of Governor’s at the university would like to see a 1.8 percent increase in tuition, down from a 3.6 percent hike that’s been recommended. However, more than $12 million in various cuts would have to be made and fee hikes, along with room and board charges, would both have to go up.
