GAY MARRIAGE BILL WILL NOT BE VOTED ON THIS WEEK IN TRENTON

A bill that would make gay marriage legal in the state has been tabled, for now.  Senate leaders have decided to pull a gay marriage bill off the Senate’s agenda this week.  Gay marriage is legal per a judge’s ruling earlier this fall, but it is not yet written onto the law books in the Garden State.  The Senate Judiciary Committee was supposed to hear the bill Monday afternoon.
