GASOLINE PRICES CONTINUE TO FALL IN NEW JERSEY

Gasoline prices have been falling throughout the state for more than 100 straight days. The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) has not yet decided to limit production and the demand for gas has not increased despite the lower prices. Gas Buddy.com reported a price of $1.69 a gallon for regular gas at a Route 1 Raceway station in Edison. On Monday the average price in New Jersey for regular gas hit $2.09 a gallon, as crude oil prices went under $50 a barrel.
