An improvement in gas prices was reported for the first time in six weeks. AAA Mid-Atlantic reports that prices dipped for the first time in a month in a half. The improvement was seen at the national level; state and local prices remained unchanged from week-to-week. Prices remain much higher than one year ago. Today prices in Cape May County came in at $2.63, compared to $1.87. Analysts believe that prices will hit over $3 a gallon this summer.
