The Garden State Parkway will be closed Wednesday evening, May 13th at 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. for contractors to finish transferring wire and equipment on the 6 transmission poles.
North and south bound lanes will be closed between Crest Haven and Shellbay. Route 9 is an alternate for people looking to travel in this area.
