The Garden State Parkway in Brick has been reopened to traffic in both directions after being closed for several hours on Wednesday. A large fire close to the Parkway forced New Jersey State Police to close the Parkway in both directions during the evening rush hour. Both lanes were reopened Thursday, around 7am.
