A Galloway woman faces several charges in connection with the treatment of puppies, and for committing alleged fraud while she sought veterinary care. 45 year old Jodi Wozniak was charged with animal cruelty and credit card fraud. Five dogs were found tied to a tree, while others were found in crates with no food or water.
