Galloway Township has its first female acting police chief in the department’s history. Lt. Donna Higbee on Monday was named Acting Chief of the Township’s police department due to the retirement of former chief Pat Moran. Higbee is 38 years old and has served the Galloway Township Police Department for the past 13 years.
