A newspaper report has filed a sexual harassment complaint against a Galloway Township councilman. Its alleged that James McElwee subjected the female to an act of harassment by offensive touching. Petty Disorderly Persons offenses carry a maximum penalty of 30 days in prison and up to $500 in fines. Another municipal court will hear the case and look for probable cause because of his position.
