GABOR AND MOREY WIN ENDORSEMENT TO RUN FOR FREEHOLDER

Two well-known names have been endorsed by the Cape May County Regular Republican Party. William Morey and Kristine Gabor won the endorsement through a convention that took place on Wednesday. Committee members from throughout the county voted. Morey was the top vote getter at 122, followed by Gabor at 102. Arthur “Stig” Blomkvest came in third at 90 votes and John Young finished fourth at 11. Morey and Gabor will be supported by the party heading into the primary. Both of these candidates will look to win the seats of Dan Beyel and Ralph Sheets, who will be stepping down after this year.
