FUGITIVE OUT OF PUERTO RICO ARRESTED IN MIDDLE TOWNSHIP

A fugitive wanted out of Puerto Rico was arrested in Middle Township. Jonathan Rodriguez-Ocasio was allegedly involved in the murder of an 84-year-old woman during the course of a burglary. Authorities say that he was taken in without incident and is in the Cape May County Correctional Facility pending extradition. The arrest was a result of a joint investigation between the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office and Middle Township Police Department.
