North Wildwood Police took a fugitive of justice into custody. Police say they stopped a man who was in violation of a local ordinance and during a warrant check found out the man was wanted out of Pennsylvania. Edward Walley was wanted out of Delaware County on a narcotics charge. The Delaware man was arrested and placed in the Cape May County Correctional Center where he is awaiting extradition.
