Cape May County businesses can benefit from a free customer service training workshop to be held at the Wildwoods Convention Center on Tuesday morning. The Cape May County Chamber of Commerce has partnered with the Women’s Center for Entrepreneurship Corporation to offer the free seminar, which focuses on defining customer service and applying customer service skills to various customer and workplace situations. The workshop will help small business owners and their employees who interact directly with the public on a daily basis to sharpen their skills, to ensure that visitors enjoy an outstanding experience and want to return to the New Jersey shore.
