FOUR VEHICLES INVOLVED IN HAMILTON TOWNSHIP CRASH

A vehicle accident in Hamilton Township resulted in a car becoming engulfed in flames. Police there say a vehicle driven by 70-year-old Harry Palmer Jr of Hammonton for unknown reasons crossed into the southbound lane of traffic on CR 559 and truck a vehicle driven by Joseph Carfagno, of Egg Harbor Township. After striking Carfagno’s vehicle, Palmer’s vehicle continued and struck a vehicle driven by Stephanie Ward, of Philadelphia. Another vehicle driven by Blanca Lopez-Ocampo, of Egg Harbor Township, struck Carfagno’s overturned. Palmer’s vehicle would become fully engulfed. Charges are pending a further investigation of the crash.
