Four people were arrested in connection with a gunpoint robbery in Lower Township. Township police say a man who was going to conduct a drug transaction was robbed by the individuals. They have been identified as 18 year old Louis Garcia of North Cape May, 19 year old Jonathan Halas of Cape May, and two other juveniles. Both adults were lodged in the Cape May County Jail.
