Four masked men brandished handguns and entered a home in Egg Harbor Township on Saturday. An investigation ensued and Troy Dougherty (19 years of age), Dominic Tarsitano (18 years of age), Matthew Franks (19 years of age) and Edgar Montiel (20 years of age) all from Egg Harbor Township were arrested on robbery, burglary, conspiracy and weapons charges. All four were lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility. Two of the victims were taken to an area hospital for treatment. A third refused treatment.
