FOUNDER OF ATKINSON’S TAVERN PASSES, 98

The man who founded Atkinson’s Tavern in Cape May Court House has passed away.  98 year old William Atkinson passed away on Friday.  Atkinson served in the United States Army before moving to Cape May Court House where he founded the popular restaurant and bar.  Memorial services will be held Thursday morning at the Radzieta Funeral Home in Cape May Court House.
