FORMER SOUTH SHORE AUTO WORLD OWNER IN COURT

Rudy Chiorazzo was in court today, his first court appearance since a state grand jury indicted him back in the spring.  Chiorazzo was in court facing conspiracy and theft by deception charges after he closed down the South Shore Auto World car dealership one day after filing for bankruptcy.  Chiorazzo entered not guilty pleas during his court appearance on Thursday.  If convicted, Chiorazzo could face between five and ten years in prison.
