A former county senior center building in Ocean City has a new tenant. The county freeholders on Tuesday approved a measure that will allow the Ocean City American Legion post to use the former senior center in Ocean City. The post has just over 200 members. Freeholder Gerald Thornton told Coastal Broadcasting that the agreement works well because it puts a tenant in an empty building and the American Legion will be paying the utilities. The county will also be allowed access to the building for special events.
