FORMER PHILLIE JUAN SAMUEL NAMED MANAGER OF O'S

Former Philadelphia Phillies infielder Juan Samuel is the new manager of the Baltimore Orioles.  Samuel was given the job on an interim basis today after the Orioles officially fired manager Dave Trembley. The O’s have won on ly 15 games this season, opened the season with a 13 game losing streak, and have lost their last eight games in a row.
