A man who served 24 years as a congressman in New Jersey passed away this week. Former Democratic U.S. Rep. Robert Roe died Monday at the age of 90. Roe also made two unsuccessful bids to become governor in 1977 and 1981. Roe worked his way to up be the chairman of the Public Works and Transportation Committee in Congress.
