A viewing is scheduled for Wednesday night at a local funeral home for former Lower Township Mayor Bob Fothergill. Fothergill passed away on April 6th after a long battle with heart disease. Fothergill served Lower Township as its mayor, township manager, and also headed up the Lower Township Municipal Utilities Authority. He was also a lifetime member of the Town Bank Volunteer Fire Company.
