FORMER EAGLE PLEADS NOT GUILTY TO INSURANCE FRAUD ALLEGATIONS

Former Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Irving Fryar appeared in court Tuesday morning and pleaded not guilty to mortgage fraud allegations.  Fryar and his mother Aleene McGhee are both accused of taking out five loans on McGhee’s home over a six day period to the tune of $690,000.  Both are charged with conspiracy and theft by deception.
