The former longtime medical examiner for Cape May County has passed away at the age of 78. John Napoleon died Tuesday at Cape Regional Medical Center in Cape May Court House. Napoleon served as the medical examiner for the County before having his license revoked in 2002 for negligence in administering care to patients at Bayside State Prison and the Cape May County Correctional Center. Services for Napoleon will be held Saturday morning.
