Funeral services will be held tomorrow in Cape May Court House for former longtime Cape May County Engineer Neil Clarke. Clarke served as the county engineer from 1966 until he retired in 1994. Clarke also served the county as a longtime member of the planning board. Services for Neil Clarke will be held at the Radzieta Funeral Home Thursday morning.
