The Hamilton Township Police Force announced the passing for retired Captain Timothy P. O’Hara on May 24. He was 55 years old and a resident of Hammonton. Captain O’Hara was hired at the Township of Hamilton Police Department in July of 1981 and was a dedicated member of the Department. During the course of Tim’s career he served as a Patrol Officer, Sergeant, Lieutenant and Captain. Captain O’Hara retired in December of 2002.
A viewing will be held Friday evening from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at the Costantino Funeral Home, 231 W. White Horse Pike in Berlin, NJ 08009. The funeral Liturgy will be at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Interment will be at the Greenmount Cemetery in Hammonton, NJ. In lieu of flowers contributions to the Burlington County Military Affairs Committee P.O. Box 142 Mt. Holly, NJ 08060 would be appreciated.
