A former city manager for Cape May City has passed away. Fred Coldren served as a city manager in Cape May and was also a past member of the Cape May City Council. Coldren held many high profile jobs in the region, including with the Cape May Lewes Ferry and the former Avalon Herald. Coldren passed away at his home on Thursday.
