FORMER BEACH TAG SUPERVISOR GET PROBATION FOR SEX WITH 17 YEAR-OLD

A former Ocean City beach-tag supervisor finally had his day in court on Thursday after being charged with having sex with an underage employee. Retired Ocean City police officer Charles Cusack pleaded guilty to fourth-degree sexual contact with a 17 year-old beach-tag checker under his supervision. Under the plea agreement, the 52 year-old Cusack of Egg Harbor Township, received probation and must register as a sex offender. The victim’s family has filed a civil lawsuit against Cusack for his actions.
