Former New Jersey assemblyman Robert Schroeder will be sentenced for his theft crimes on January 13th. Schroeder stole nearly $1.9 million from people who loaned him money and he wrote $3.4 million in bad checks to others. Schroeder could receive eight years in state prison and will likely have to re-pay the money that he stole.
