Former New Jersey assemblyman Robert Schroeder will be sentenced on theft charges on Tuesday. Schroeder stole over $5 million by writing bad checks and not paying up loans that were provided by other people. Schroeder copped a plea bargain deal but will still likely get eight years in prison and has to repay all of the money he stole.
