FORECASTERS KEEPING A CLOSE EYE ON TROPICAL STORM DORIAN

Tropical Storm Dorian is expected to become an Atlantic hurricane pretty soon.  The National Weather Service expects Dorian to turn quickly into a hurricane as it gains strength.  Advisories are up for Puerto Rico and other areas.  The track of the storm, very uncertain at this point.
