New Jersey Governor Chris Christie says for the first time in three years, trick or treating will be held on October 31st in New Jersey. Christie joked about a good weather forecast for the Garden State on October 31st that should permit trick or treating on Halloween. Last year, Halloween was delayed for a week due to Hurricane Sandy; in 2011, a surprise snowstorm impacted much of the Garden State on Halloween forcing a postponement of trick or treating activities.
