FOOTBALL: MIDDLE REBOUNDS, BEATS MAINLAND 27-14

A tremendous rebound Friday night for the Middle Township football team as it defeated Mainland at Memorial Field, 27-14.  Middle was blanked by a very good Holy Spirit team last week; Holy Spirit knocked off St. Joseph’s of Hammonton over the weekend.  Shawn Scott rushed for 175 yards and three touchdowns for Middle, who travels to Buena to take on the Chiefs Friday at 6:00pm; that game will be broadcast live on WCZT Radio.
