Helen Allen
Six women who are all public employees and work in the free school lunch program are charged with taking more than $10,000 out of the program. Acting Attorney General John Hoffman announced that the women stole the money from the free and reduced price school lunch program by making false applications for their children. Among those charged was 45 year old Helen Allen of Millville, and 40 year old Tiajuana McShan of Millville; both work at the Woodbine Developmental Center.
