Michael Vick has ruled himself out for this weekend’s game against the Dallas Cowboys. Vick said he wasn’t healthy enough to return and Nick Foles will start for the second week in a row. Head Coach Chip Kelly hasn’t committed to one quarterback or the other once Vick is healthy enough to play. The winner of this week’s game will have sole possession of first place in the NFC East.
