Flags around the Garden State will fly at half staff Monday to honor New Jersey State Trooper Sean Cullen. Cullen will be laid to rest on Monday following an on-duty motor vehicle accident that claimed his life last Tuesday. Governor Christie says Cullen made the ultimate sacrifice in behalf of citizens of this State.
