The first ocean rescue of the holiday weekend was a dolphin Thursday in Sea Isle City. Someone saw the dolphin struggled and continued to keep it wet until the United States Coast Guard was able to arrive. The Guard teamed up with the Marine Mammal Stranding Center to save the dolphin who became stuck during low tide.
