Atlantic County will be getting a new restaurant building on the Garden State Parkway. The 60-year old building in the Atlantic City Service Area on the Parkway was closed on Monday and will be torn down to be replaced with a new $7 million building. This is one of the original service areas on the Parkway; the demolition follows a similar project that took place at the Parkway service area in Ocean View, Cape May County.
