FIRE TAKES OUT HOME IN HAMILTON TOWNSHIP

A fire that destroyed a home in Hamilton Township is being blamed on an oil burning lamp. The fire took place at a property located at 6400 block of Garfield Avenue. The incident took place on Tuesday morning. The home was completely destroyed. Officials say the home was without power and thus the reason for the oil burning lamp. No severe injuries were reported from the fire.
